WALNUT PEA MINT PESTO

Taking our basic fundamental ingredients of organic olive oil, sea salt, hard fat cheese and garlic to form a traditional pesto, we have then added the woody natural flavours of walnut, the fresh delicate taste of pea and a hint of cool organic mint to form a delicious and wholesome sauce for your enjoyment. The pesto can be eaten on its own, with a hunk of bread, stirred through a salad or a bowl of pasta, or simply enjoyed with any cooked food as an accompaniment. We suggest trying it lavishly drizzled over a rack of lamb!

SAGE TRUFFLE PESTO

Taking our basic fundamental ingredients of organic olive oil, sea salt, hard fat cheese, cashew nuts and garlic to form a traditional pesto, we have then added the rich taste of black truffle with the earthy distinctive flavour of sage, to make a truly unique and distinctive sauce for your enjoyment. The pesto can be eaten on its own, with a hunk of bread, stirred through a salad or a bowl of pasta, or simply enjoyed with any cooked food as an accompaniment. We suggest trying it over some porcini mushrooms and goats curd on freshly toasted sourdough!

ROCKET DILL CHILLI PESTO

Taking our basic fundamental ingredients of organic olive oil, sea salt, hard fat cheese, cashew nuts, lemon juice and garlic to form a traditional pesto, we have then added the peppery leaf of rocket, the fragrant sweetness of dill and a hint of red chilli to create a fiery and exciting sauce for you to relish. The pesto can be eaten on its own, with a hunk of bread, stirred through a salad or a bowl of pasta, or simply enjoyed with any cooked food as an accompaniment.
We suggest adding it to some freshly baked or steamed fish!
